This is by far the worst company I have been through. They have ruined my credit by never reporting my payments on time and then overcharging fees. They say you owe payments a month ahead and ding your credit. They are not helpful when you call. They are rude and inconsistent. Mot to mention my Rogue is a pos and has a ton of mechanical problems. So pretty much, I'm paying for a *** car and my credit is ruined. Read more

I never got a statement from the company ever since I bought the car 3 months ago. I had no idea when my payment was due until I went through my contract which i I found it so inconvenient. I'm the customer and expect to have them send me my statements monthly I never asked for paperless. I called many times to find out what's going on and checked to see if they had the right address everything was correct but supposedly entered all on one line.... Read more

Good morning, I would like to bring the following issue to your attention. I was cosigning on a loan with my daughter. Her credit is subpar, but mine is excellent with transunion and equifax scores in the high 700's. Not only did she not get approved for the 0% scam, NMAC wouldn't approve a loan at all. A loan I cosigned on over 10 years ago was cited. The person on that loan was making late payments. My Vehicle was repossessed on May 13th 2016. The notice of the repossession was dated May 17th 2016. I was given two weeks to make my payments to retrieve the vehicle. I made my payments to Nissan and the auction by June 1st 2016. I was not notified that my plates would be turned into the state of NY and that the title would be changed into Nissans name. We schedule recurring payment with Nissan Finance website .Nissan Finance suppose to take payment for our car once a month.So far so good until one time for some reason computer system schedule 3 times payments .Call Nissan ,they cancel ALL payments ,no problem ,as soon we got money we paid payment over the phone . I grounded my lease after 3 years on 7/4/2016 on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder at a dealership(Browns , Nissan, Dulles,VA) . The last payment was due on the vehicle on June 1st 2016 which was paid and the vehicle returned to the dealership on July 4th 2016. I extended the lease on my car. After completing the forms and sending them in, I got ZERO notification that they'd been received or that the extension was in effect. I had to call to find out. THEN Nissan managed to discontinue my automatic bank withdrawals when the extension started. I have not received any payment deduction for my financed car for several months. I thought the Nissan auto-pay must be messed up. I called the customer service. They told me the website is renewed and ask me to re-register. Bad customer service told three different amounts owed, told car was in repossession, told haven't made a payment since I got car and paid almost 900. Not matched with automated line and website, different amounts shown. Told way too many stories and not truth and not helpful at all.. Never called me but once when the car was supposedly in repossession.. No voice mails left..
