Not receiving A bill but receive very rude calls from the collections dept

You guys don’t send me the bill but call me when it’s not paid. When I recieve A bill in the mail I pay it just as I do all my other bills and I shouldn’t have to call every month to do it or do it online but your collection dept says otherwise in A very rude way. Because of this billing issue and the rudeness of the calls I’ll no longer be buying A Nissan again I’m old school and pay the bills via Check as I recieve them and I don’t like receiving calls from smart *** Hindu collection people that don’t speak clear English. It’s simple “I get A bill I pay it if I don’t it didn’t get paid and I’m not go back and fourth with anyone on how it should be my responsibility regardless as I don’t keep old bills laying around to keep the account number so I can just mail it off. The two Altimas I have now are just junk I mean just junk and I’ve bought may nissans from Sutherlin at mall of Georgia in fact I’m taking one back in this week for new transmission again which will be the 3rd or fourth in this one alone and it has 80k miles only on it. I don’t call you guys in A rude manner demanding my money back for the junk I bought from you though I should.

Cop out. You know those payments are due and when.

"Not receiving a bill" is the first level of amateur cop out. As your excuses improve, you'll still get the calls. The only way to stop any of this is to pay the bill on time and in full. You signed a contract agreeing to do so.

So you've got to act like a deadbeat and it's not going to help you in the long run. If you can't afford something, get rid of it or don't obtain it in the first place.

I'm sure most of us are guilty of that at some time in our lives, but don't start fishing for excuses like "piece of whatever" and "no bill" etc... it is not flattering.

The ONLY complainers are the deadbeats who won't pay their bills on time! The come here to cry, whine, wail and throw their sorry temper tantrums because they just can't stand the consequences THEY CAUSED by not doing what they promised to do...pay on time!

That's an obvious fact. Just read what the whiners write!

Customer Service Sucks

I had surgery and advised the rep that I had surgery. During conversation with rep I advised of dates to make payment, the rep agreed and call continued.

(this is not the sucks part) During the time of payment there was an unforeseen event and I didn't have the payment agreed upon (this was my error and i take full responsibility for it). The car was taken and I had to pay to get it back. During my call to customer service I spoke to a rep named Kaniqua (not sure how to spell it) the rep was beyond rude. I advised the rep I am currently at work and need the amount so I can make the payment she stated of and verified a bit of info.

She says again "and you want the amount needed to get the car back correct" i told her yes and she said OK let me get that pulled up. She goes deeper into the verifying and asks for the name of my employer. I advised that I would rather not give that info. The rep proceeds to tell me " well you said you were at work and couldn't talk long, if you would have just given me the info we could have been done already".

I responded and said excuse me there is no need to be rude I am stating I don't want to give the name of the employer however I am employed, is that not a sufficient answer. She then tells me "you calling her questioning me about my job isn't going to get you this info. All you had to do was answer my questions and we would have been done. I call in places all the time and they have to verify, I just give my info and get it over with".

She is saying all this cutting me off as I was trying to speak. I asked for a supervisor, she says "Oh ill get you a supervisor but you could have answer my question and let me do my job rather than be difficult". I asked for her name and id number and she didn't respond just hurried the transfer. The manager Daniella came on the line.

I'm trying to explain that the issue right now isn't making the payment as to why I requested a manager but rather the terrible customer service I received from the rep. She rushed me along to get the rest of my info and then gave me the amount. The way that all this is set up is terrible.

There needs to be some accountability for the *** poor customer service I received. There is no reason to be nasty to a customer who is asking a simple question.

Employees who can't fallow simple rules from managers ruined my credit score from 850 - 698

Run far away! Don't take it! Bad customer service, broken web, incompetent employees, managers that are quitting and credit department with its own world. LIARS AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS I had a car loan with nissan going directly from the bank.(draft) 2012-**** In the year 2015 nissan changed the rules that the last payment must be paid hard check not directly from the bank as draft. Nissan never informed existing customers about it (me being one of them) and this is common knowledge when you call nissan customer service - they know they did not tell existing customers. Nissan did not contact me until the payment was already 30 days late. Manager at the time swore up and down this will not be sent to creditors as it was not my mistake and because they did not contact me - they had issues with new web that was put in place in 2015 (also known to all of them). That manager left a note in my account, as that I did not know my last payment must be done by physical check. However, nissan still reported me to creditors as they don't read managers notes and don't care that this is their mistake. I was never late in my life. My credit score dropped from 850 to 698. There is nothing else bad on my credit, I paid for the report. Nissan credit services refuse to send a note to creditors, but when managers answer the phone, they tell me it will be ok and they stand by their mistakes. Because of their disconnect with credit department my life is ruined. I have never made a mistake in my life. I lived by the rules for 22 years building my credit score and perfect history. None of the higher ups offered to fix this mistake for me. It takes one letter to creditors to get my life back.

When i buy my car from nissan i expect service too be trusted!!! Well the service manager don did not do thst with me today! I sent my daughters car there which its been there since fri at 4pm was towed there. I call this morning too make sure they are going to dignose it an the manager tells me well its only 7:45 am the mechanic has only been here 15 min.. ok well are u going to look at this car an can i trust u too he said no u cant!!!! So o csnt TRUST NISSAN who says that too a cusyomer? Then he says well why did u bring it here?? Ok i work an my husband owns his own buisness fir over 25yrs we want too KEEP our customers. Not discourage them too go skmewhere else!!!!
