So I contacted Nissan today about my transmission in my car. I asked her what is going on with all the negative reviews about Nissan transmissions.
All she can say was she is sorry and was I calling to make a payment. I talked to another salesmen at another dealership and he stated to me, that Nissan car value has really gone down due to the fact the CVT is no good in these cars. (Very true statement) I will never buy another Nissan in my life.
I am sick of tired of paying payments and all no help with transmission assistance because who has 4,000.00 laying around plus a car payment. Very sad and no help at all!!!!
I haven’t received a payment book and don’t know when to make my first payment

My husband past away and I fell behind on payment i was sending in as much as i could when i was finally able to give them more money i mailed in $1000 for them to tell me they havent receive it i called western union and it had been cashed by them and for the month of july and august i paid a total of $1200 so $600 per month and they are telling me i owe them $1800 its like what the *** find the $1000 payment...i had written my account number and whoever input could of mistype it in...so now im the one screwed...and they want to repo my car...my car serves as me driving my daughter to the doctors office cause she has a hemophilia disease and i also take my grandbaby to the doctors cause she as well has a hemophilia problem...and i also work in laughlin nv and i need my vehicle for the commute...this issue needs to be fixed by them and look into what is going on...they wont even give me a deferment for the month of september so i can get my finances in order...
I cannot pay my bill and want to!
I have tried for 2 months to pay for my cars. I have sent a letter overnight and asked for a paper bill.
My credit card was compromised and the bill is longer getting paid.
I cannot deal with the people who call and then transfer me.
i do not have my account number and am very frustrated as this is impacting my credit rating.
PLEASE CALL ME OR SEND ME A STUPID PAPER OR EMAIL A BILL! I NEED MY ACCOUNT NUMBER BEFORE MY CREDIT RATING IS FOREVER RUINED. I EVEN HAVE TO CONTINUE TYPING 100 WORDS BEFORE THIS GETS SENT? WHAT IS THAT?

I keep getting disconnected while I am talking. Also asked how I can cancel my auto pay but no direct answers.
I am frustrated because I am being transferred from one dept to another. I was told that I cannot cancel my auto pay over the phone, so I got on the computer and someone was suppose to walk me through but was referred back to the phone. So what do I do? I do not want NiMAC to run another payment thru my checking account, it will cost me another 35.00 fee.
I did send a money order in the amount of 632.00 on Nov.
5, 2018. Currently I do not have funds in my account that is insufficient.

First of all, if you want to sound like an adult and NOT a teenage girl, don't start off a sentence with "So". It makes NO SENSE.
Secondly, why would you even consider calling the lender about a mechanical problem?
Their ONLY job is to fund the loan and collect payments. A much better place to call would be the Zone Office.
