They have been lying about my entire last 8 months of my lease (lease extension being part of that), reported me as no payments for 3 months that I paid, I have paid January 2020- August 2020 on time and in full and they reversed my August payment without telling me, wont admit it, then turn around and report me to credit bureaus and lowered my score by 59 points due to that plus an additional 3 months. They wont return calls, lie about the most ridiculous things, wont return my money and wont fix my credit while I told them to reply to me ASAP and even had a conference call scheduled last week with a manger and he was a no show.
They are deceptive, fraudulent &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp; write notes that arent true. I have been trying to make contact with them since May regarding my lease extension documents they never sent me to sign and not one person has ever called me back. To this day I have only been able to speak with them via their dishonest consumer affairs department who had no business even doing what they did we they arent part of the captive lender but they decided they would intervene when I said its absolutely astonishing not one person will call me back and then at the end of my lease they suddenly turn crazy when I have been the one calling and emailing and I mean even the CEO AND CFO and got an exec manager and forwarded all of my issues and she replied and copied some random person and said he will handle he hasnt handled and has lied on several occasions and didnt show up to our conference call or return my emails or calls and now wont. That was 6 days ago.
They act like they are in high school and avoid the real things / the life changing things that have affected me personally and financially and health such as telling me I called on some date and said XYZ, of course I did because I have called this company over 100 times for 6 months straight. I havent talked to one person with IFS until August and that is because I turned my lease in and they finally needed to handle the end date etc. however was told all of my issues will be addressed with that department being the lease end department and I said they have nothing to do with or know anything about the last 6-8 months and moving forward as that is all they let me talk to (let me)? Im a customer of 19 years and since then and its a month later or less they sent me a statement of almost 2K and I owe nothing and reported me as no payment for 4 months andwTT'tt tell me when they will fix it and told me I wouldnt even owe a dollar just 1 week ago and waiving the $395 disposition fee - they threatened me about ruining my credit and said they will never approve me and they have no legal way to do either when I am 100% in the right and they know it.
Do not ever finance with either NMAC or IFS. Read all the reviews on the CFPB, Consumer Affairs, BBB.
Preferred solution: They know exactly what I am looking for and needs to be done and it’s not a want list it’s a true list and they won’t talk to me or fix one thing that is fraud.

Nissan did a credit check on me and I dont know why Yes I a Nissan customer but i dont why you all did a credit check on me today according to my Equifax report

Why? The insurance pays off the value of the loan and NOT what you owe.
The policy insured the car and not the loan. You were no doubt upside down in the deal meaning you owed more than the car is worth.
You get upside down by providing little or no down payment; having a very long loan; trading in a car you still owe money on. No, I don’t work for them!
