Poor experience getting information from customer service dept

I've had to call them numerous times over extended warranty refunds. Every time you call you get a different story. Very poor customer service! If you ask to speak to a supervisor it doesn't help. Extremely slow to refund canceled warranties. It took 12 weeks to finally get the checks in the mail. They will lie and tell you they gave been sent. What a joke. I can't believe they are connected to the Nissan brand.dD

Payoff

I am upset with the outcome of my most recent communication with Nissan. I purchased a new 2020 Nissan Rogue on December 28, 2020 for $35K (including financing/interest at 11.5%). Less than 4 months later, on April 10, 2021, I was in a 9 car pile up. I was not cited for any wrongdoing. I never missed a payment even paying on May. 10, 2021. My car was considered a total loss. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company paid about $21K to Nissan. I have GAP insurance to cover the difference. Why am I paying $14K in interest on a car I owned for less than 4 mmonths

Leased a 2017 rogue, lease was set to expire Nov 2020, I called and was told to have bank send cashiers check for X amount. Bank said that cannot be done as I was buying from checking account not loan. NMAC then said to send Cashiers check and odometer statement (printed from their website) to Texas address which I did prior to lease expiration. Two months later NMAC returns my check saying cannot sell directly to consumer. Suggested I get bank loan so I did then called NMAC for buyout docs needed by bank. NMAC then says cannot buy through bank and have to go through dealer and pay about another 1000 in fees. NMAC is a ripoff and give very useless advice

Refusal of Financing

I have been a FAITHFUL customer of Nissan. I have financed my last 3 vehicles there and have made 70 on time payments out of 72!!! Who didnt struggle some earlier this year right?! Well today, all was in order for me to trade in my Nissan Versa for a Kick. I have always spoken so highly of NMAC....all the way up until my salesman relayed the message that NMAC refused to finance me. After 10 years of faithful customer service!!??? Am I confused or is that not what you call treating loyal customers like a nobody? I am so upset and when this Versa is paid off, another company will get my loyal service. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, I am SO disappointed in you. Sure wish someone would make this right or the NMAC name will be ruined for me.

My account is showing as in bankruptcy but it was not included. I continued to pay off my car for 2 1/2 years

I talked to customer service and they told me I would be ok if I paid the car off. The car is showing incorrectly on my credit report. I finished paying it off completely in August 2020 as per the original contract as of 2014. Please remove this from my record.

Lien release

Why? The insurance pays off the value of the loan and NOT what you owe.

The policy insured the car and not the loan. You were no doubt upside down in the deal meaning you owed more than the car is worth.

You get upside down by providing little or no down payment; having a very long loan; trading in a car you still owe money on. No, I don’t work for them!

Infiniti Financial Services Sent Fraudulent Statements, Ruined My Credit in less Than 4 Months and won’t address / call me back

They have been lying about my entire last 8 months of my lease (lease extension being part of that), reported me as no payments for 3 months that I paid, I have paid January 2020- August 2020 on time and in full and they reversed my August payment without telling me, wont admit it, then turn around and report me to credit bureaus and lowered my score by 59 points due to that plus an additional 3 months. They wont return calls, lie about the most ridiculous things, wont return my money and wont fix my credit while I told them to reply to me ASAP and even had a conference call scheduled last week with a manger and he was a no show.

They are deceptive, fraudulent &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp; write notes that arent true. I have been trying to make contact with them since May regarding my lease extension documents they never sent me to sign and not one person has ever called me back. To this day I have only been able to speak with them via their dishonest consumer affairs department who had no business even doing what they did we they arent part of the captive lender but they decided they would intervene when I said its absolutely astonishing not one person will call me back and then at the end of my lease they suddenly turn crazy when I have been the one calling and emailing and I mean even the CEO AND CFO and got an exec manager and forwarded all of my issues and she replied and copied some random person and said he will handle he hasnt handled and has lied on several occasions and didnt show up to our conference call or return my emails or calls and now wont. That was 6 days ago.

They act like they are in high school and avoid the real things / the life changing things that have affected me personally and financially and health such as telling me I called on some date and said XYZ, of course I did because I have called this company over 100 times for 6 months straight. I havent talked to one person with IFS until August and that is because I turned my lease in and they finally needed to handle the end date etc. however was told all of my issues will be addressed with that department being the lease end department and I said they have nothing to do with or know anything about the last 6-8 months and moving forward as that is all they let me talk to (let me)? Im a customer of 19 years and since then and its a month later or less they sent me a statement of almost 2K and I owe nothing and reported me as no payment for 4 months andwTT'tt tell me when they will fix it and told me I wouldnt even owe a dollar just 1 week ago and waiving the $395 disposition fee - they threatened me about ruining my credit and said they will never approve me and they have no legal way to do either when I am 100% in the right and they know it.

Do not ever finance with either NMAC or IFS. Read all the reviews on the CFPB, Consumer Affairs, BBB.

Harassing phone calls

You may get 10-20 phone calls every day, by all different agents. None of them are aware that other agents have called. You ask for a name (you only get a first name) and Employee ID number, they are obviously FAKE! Any agent you talk to will tell you that there is no employee by that name or ID number and that they don't have any record of anyone calling you. They don't share computer notes. If you owe them money, they want your consent to do ACH for the entire amount. Never mind that you don't want to lose your home. If you give consent, they will take it all, like a vacuum cleaner sucking up dirt. If they don't get their money, they want the vehicle, even if you have sent payments.

Tried to make a monthly payment using credit card and was informed by electronic machine that I would be charged an extra service fee for using my card. They want you to go paperless, but only if they can add an extra fee to your bill. This stinks!

Nissan did a credit check on me and I dont know why Yes I a Nissan customer but i dont why you all did a credit check on me today according to my Equifax report
