Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation - Lack of support and assistance while trying to do a lease trasnfer
I recently requested to start the process of having someone else take over my lease. I was instructed to have that person mail in an application, they had it over-nighted the next day.
I followed up with Nissan yesterday and numerous customer service reps refused to give me an update on the application process. They just kept saying I would have to wait 4-6 weeks before anything was entered into the system.They wouldn't even confirm that they received the application.
I have no idea what to do next, or when to do anything. I find that to be appalling as a paying customer. And on your website it says up to 8 weeks so I am receiving conflicting information.
And why did it take 2 hours for me to go into a dealership to lease a car but it's going to take 2 months just to get an approval on a lease-takeover?? That just doesn't make any sense to me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $36000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
