I never received my car payment note in the mail. I tried to call and pay by phone so that my payment would not be late.
This was the hardest pay by phone I have ever tried to do. I had to call back three times because the system kept hanging up on me. The system kept getting the amount wrong. It took at least 30 minutes to make a payment.
I would rather talk to a human being when I am trying to pay for my car not a machine.
There should be an option to talk to a customer service representative. When paying this much money for a car I should at least be able to talk a person not a machine.
