Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation - Customer service is horrible

I have been contacting Nissan since my car was totaled in 2016..it is now 2018 and I am battling with them to send information to GAP that shows they sent over the information required in a timely manner as to overturn my claim. Customer service representatives are rude, talk over you, and refuse to transfer you to a Supervisor. It has been nothing but a headache and I still have no resolution.
