I never got a statement from the company ever since I bought the car 3 months ago.I had no idea when my payment was due until I went through my contract which i I found it so inconvenient. I'm the customer and expect to have them send me my statements monthly I never asked for paperless. I was cosigning on a loan with my daughter.Her credit is subpar, but mine is excellent with transunion and equifax scores in the high 700's. Not only did she not get approved for the 0% scam, NMAC wouldn't approve a loan at all. A loan I cosigned on over 10 years ago was cited. The person on that loan was making late payments. My Vehicle was repossessed on May 13th 2016.The notice of the repossession was dated May 17th 2016. I was given two weeks to make my payments to retrieve the vehicle. I made my payments to Nissan and the auction by June 1st 2016. I was not notified that my plates would be turned into the state of NY and that the title would be changed into Nissans name.
