Lien Still on title!

I paid my loan in full in July of 2023. Now, in March 2024, the Florida DMV still shows a lien on the title. They told me to contact NMAC. Meanwhile, NMAC's website says that I need to contact FL DmV to get a lien cleared from an electronic title. 3 days now and I cannot get anyone from NMAC on the phone!

Horrible - Would rate negative stars if I could

I turned by lease in December of 2023. I received my end of lease statement in February of 2024 and it said the tax liability is an estimated amount and I was under no obligation to pay until the actual bill came in.

Problem is there should not have been a 2024 tax bill as I turned in the car and cancelled registration in 2023. I let Nissan know about this and they told me to file an abatement and that I would not need to do anything and to not pay the bill. Fast forward a few weeks and now they sent me to collections! After speaking with numerous people on the phone, they all give different information and really have no clue.

Would not transfer me to a manager. Absolute horrible customer service and no clue what is going on.

Angry customer who will never buy or lease another Nissan due to principle! I have since paid the bill (even know it is not valid) and now will have to wait months for them to reimburse me.

Preferred solution: I would have liked for them to have told the truth from the start. Don't make statements on your end of lease bill and than send someone to collections. Their customer service team is rude and need more training.

Unfair Business Practices

My problem initially began when the finance company I had at least a car from repossessed my vehicle I contacted them they gave me a 20-day time frame to pay the debt that I was owed in full and I will be able to get my car back they told me they were going to put a stop hold on the vehicle so and no tow yard can take it you know anywhere until I make the payment in full I made the payment in 5 days my vehicle was not released when I made the payment I contacted the finance company Nissan Motor Acceptance I contacted law Recovery Services Auto repossession and they they all and also Manheim in Riverside and all three of them have been giving me the runaround and not letting me know where my car was

I am having the same problem. I have tried to contact Nissan Finance for the last two day and it just so happens they are off line.

I want my possessions in my vehicle, which by law I have the right to. I have tried over and over to find out where my vehicle is. I’m just going to start calling around until I find out where it is because I can even reach a live person because it says they are offline then disconnects(2 days? Weird huh).

I bet if I had the full pay off of the vehicle I would manage to get a human being. Really Really frustrated oh they also block my access to my online account for absolutely no reason(also baffling)

I had no choice here. The paperwork that I needed was supposed to come from this particular company. This is the only reason why I had to reach out to their team.

I submitted request 1-66974****373 for a lien release, but the mail was never delivered. Upon calling, I provided a new address for mailing to rep named Daniel, but despite this, no action was taken because additional paperwork was not provided, even though no such request had been made initially. It has been another week, and there has been no progress. This lack of efficiency is unacceptable. Furthermore, the lack of digital copies available reflects an outdated service - Stone Age service.

I did not ever receive my title. When I requested a new one, because I was selling my car and needed it ASAP, they told me I will receive it in 2 weeks. Come 2 weeks and I have not received it. So I called them and they said it will be another week. Another week went by, and I called again- and the manager then tells me it is a 4-6 week process. I am extremely frustrated as I am moving and need to sell my car and received wrong information and may have to push my move date. This is truly unacceptable.

I called on January 22nd 2024 to schedule my car pmt and the guy I spoke to states he would do an extension for January pmt and I wouldn't have to pay again until February. What a crock. The agent I spoke to today said there waa no mention about the extension and we discussed this 3 different times on that phone call. What a bunch of crooks!!! now I'm a month behind because of that ***

They dont send statements despite me asking numerous times. Tried to repo car for an alleged missed payment despite me paying a month a year. Try to force you to use their website even though you are locked out and have customer (dis) service people who literally tell you I dont know when you are trying to find the missed payment. #dontbuynissian

Very Poor Customer Service

Been having an issue with logging onto NMAC since I brought my car 3 months ago. Have talked to 9 different customer service representatives and 2 supervisors, they have elevated my case on 3 different occasions and at least 2 supervisors was to call me back but yet I still havent heard from anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and its really disappointing coming from Nissan Corporation.

They did nothing at all to help me. They continue to refuse to help me. I had a hard time with your sight because I don't have a computer and trying to load pictures and all from the phone it's very difficult. But I have a lot of evidence and it's just their general lack of concern they keep saying oh it's 6 to 8 weeks while it's been more than 15 weeks waiting to resolve

I've been trying to change my Payment due date since two weeks after leasing my brand new 2024 vehicle and I've been getting the runaround from NMAC for over 6 weeks. I've literally spoken to 7 different customer representatives, including their management and they've all given me a different story of why my due date is still not changed. I've never ever had this happen. I've been leasing vehicles for over 24 years I worked with 6 different companies over that time, all of which allow you to change the due date on your own, except for this garbage company.
