Bank made a mistake in sending a payment last year but any subsequent payment was on time since it is scheduled automatically.Instead of notifying us about the missing payment, NISSAN (or should we say NAZZI-N) decided to report every payment as 60 days late destroying our credit.

We were notified by our bank about the issue so we contacted NMAC to resolve it and they agreed to a credit adjustment to fix it and then remove the reporting to the credit agency. Our bank call us again to let us know that the reports were still there so we called NMAC and they stated that they had changed their decision and will not remove it. We then contacted as many people in NAZZI-N America to try resolving the issue and even the CEO responded saying they will not intervene with NMAC and will not fix it. NMAC claimed that since we enrolled in paperless billing they stop notifying us in any other form.

Ironically, we received a letter and later a check from NMAC (attached) for $563.22 that they had overcharged us in the past, which should have covered the $365 missing payment. They still did not want to fix our credit report.

We started the #NeverNazzi-n, #NeverNizzan campaing to protest the fact that nobody in the whole organization cared to fix this obvious mistake. We are now in the process of negotiating with BMW to replace the LEAF and #NeverNissan again!

Review about: Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Auto Leasing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Total incompetence from a major automotive company, Treatment.
