customer service rude. I was charged with late fees even if I enrolled automatic payment, when I complain to them...Their answer was you needed to check every month the payment my answer was what is the point to enroll an automatic payment directly from the bank???

and they hang up the phone...

I tried to call for another two days in a row nobody answered the phone. After I found out my credit was been reported because i didn't pay them in time...even if they had my bank account...
